We read our email at least twice daily during the week, and often the same on weekends. We are happy to provide tech support during the day by phone, and we often assist people in the evenings and on weekends when family and travel schedule permits. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org if you need assistance during non-business hours and we will try our best to accommodate your schedule.
If you are emailing for support, please include the following:
- Software program and version
- Serial number
- Operating system (be specific, e.g. Windows XP-10 Professional, Mac OS6-10.12.1)
- Details of the problem, and include step-by-step
- This will greatly reduce the number of back and forth emails.
