Maybe escape the snow while you are at it? \nWhether you are new to the program\, need a brush-up\, or want to stretch what you already know\, you are bound to learn. \nThe theme of the workshop is: Planning and Creating Patterns \nThe goal of our Garment Designer Winter workshop this year will focus on the process one goes through in planning and creating a pattern (for either sewing or knitting). You will build 1-2 patterns\, and test fit one.  You will learn how to use more of the functions in the software. A day exploring textiles\, art\, and fashion in San Diego is an option for those who are interested to do so. \n\nTo Be Covered in the Workshop \n\nTaking Key measurements\nOverview of the Design Process\nPlanning the Pattern Prior to the Computer\nWorking with Garment Designer\nConfirming Measurements through a Test Garment\nTest Fitting\n\nSan Marcos is near San Diego\, California. \nWe can assist people in locating hotels in the area. \nClick here to download the flyer and registration form.
