With the growing boom in men sewing, we think it’s time for a webinar! If you are a male sewist or knitter, or you want to make something for the special males in your life, come join us in this webinar which will focus on creating patterns for men. We will look at various tops including the Henley, Raglan, Pullover, Saddle Shoulder, Hoodies, Jackets (tailored and casual), men’s shirts (classic and casual) knit sweaters, pants, and vests. Lots if inspiration images will be included and you will see Susan build a lot of these styles in front of you, which is helpful in better-understanding Garment Designer.

Get started making knit patterns in Garment Designer! In this webinar Susan will show you how to use Garment Designer to design a knit project. This webinar will help you master the Shaping Instructions, generate shaping charts for regular, top-down, bottom-up, sideways and diagonal knitting. You will learn tips and tweaks to make your next knitting project a breeze.

Webinars are 60 to 70 minute classes. They include:

  • A handout prior to the lecture
  • The online class with a full lecture and demonstration.
  • The ability to ask questions and get answers (Live webinar only)
  • A PDF copy of the PowerPoint after the class (for personal use only)
  • The ability to view a recording of the webinar for 72 hours after the webinar

Take a photo or clip art and easily transform it into a gridded design perfect for cross stitch, pixel art, mosaics, and more.

Learn how to take full advantage of the Full Color Import module of Stitch Painter. In this webinar you will learn the basic steps of taking a photo or clip art image and bringing it into Stitch Painter. Grid it, pull a color palette, or simply use the color proportions as a guide for good design. Susan will walk you through multiple uses of this great tool. You’ll also learn how to utilize some of the new features of Stitch Painter 3.
