June 17 - 21, 2012 : Cochenille Food Retreat in Verona Italy This will be a 5-day food and wine retreat. This might be a great way for a Fashion retreat person to include a non-fashion friend for a portion of the trip. There will be four visits to locations around Verona to see some of the following: Wine operations, Rissoto mill and rice fields, cheese making, and Olive oil production. Plus Two cooking classes, Visits to Kitchen and Ceramics stores, Possible visit to an Italian home with food prep, Hopefully a visit to the back-end of a gelateria and/or pasta production. Some of our classes will be in artist studios, some on location (in the fashion field so to say), and some in the courtyard of the Medieval building where two of the apartments are located.
